Mike is an experienced fitness professional with a passion for training and education. Mike has gained over 12 years experience in the fitness industry including Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Personal Trainer Management, Club Management and Fitness Education. Mike has trained over 1,000 students from the UK and around the world to become excellent Personal Trainers. Toby has competed in numerous Triathlons, Marathons, Tough Guy and Endurance events and has been weight training for over 20 years. He has played provincial representative rugby in England, USA and Spain. Toby has been a self-employed fitness trainer since January 2000. In addition to his work as a personal fitness trainer, he has experience of managing gyms in both the UK and Spain and has taught a wide variety of group fitness and studio classes. He is also currently head training consultant with Men’s Fitness Magazine (Germany). Chris is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Upon graduating Chris pursued various management positions with leading UK health clubs where he was responsible for training and assisting personal trainers. Chris has been running a successful personal training and bootcamp businesses since 2008. In 2009 he was chosen to be a personal trainer in the Nintendo Wii Games.
